This is such a great tool for sharing information, presenting online and more!  It can be used by anyone and is so easy to use!  Please note for school systems that do not allow youtube, this site does require some use of youtube and may not work if it is blocked.

Gmail Labels

Learn how to create labels in Gmail! These are a great way to organize your email into categories. Flag all emails from each student with their name. Then, next time you're looking for a conversation with Johnny, all you have to do is click on the Johnny label on the left hand side of your email and every email you've received from him will show!

Embed a Google Calendar on a Google Site

It's so easy to embed a calendar onto your google site.  After setting up a Google Calendar with some events, follow the steps in this video to add the calendar to your website.  Don't forget to make your calendar public via the sharing options in Google Calendar or others won't be able to see it!
