You may have viewed the Google Chrome Setup to add multi users to your Chrome experience. Recently, there was a Google Chrome update that changed the way multi-users are handled. If you loved the icons in the upper right/left of your screen to switch Google users, you'll have to change how you manage that now. Your users are still there, you just have a different way of looking at them.
Now, instead of an icon in the corner of your browser, your name is there. If you click on your name, it will open a new window, allowing you to pick a new user. Easy enough but can be a pain if you liked the old way. If that fits your description, locate the "People" option in the Chrome menu bar. There, you can click on your icons with names!
