Learn to Type!

An Education World article on Keyboarding Education details that 4th grade is about the best time to start teaching students proper keyboarding skills.  Being in a 1:1 environment really allows us to spend a little time each day practicing these skills.

I have several teachers at various levels using Typing Club.  I just revisited it again for the first time in a while and I have to say that I was pretty impressed with the structure of the lessons.  This program teaches you how to sit and allows a lot of practice in a game-type atmosphere.  Check it out!
